How to add Fieldstone to QuickBooks Online.
If we've asked you to provide accountant access, QuickBooks Online lets you invite Fieldstone as your accounting firm without sharing your password.
Only do this after we've asked you to. You don't need to provide QuickBooks access just to request a quote.
Send an accountant invitation
Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company as the primary admin or company admin.
Select the Settings gear, then choose Manage users.
Open the Accountants or Accounting Firms tab.
Select Invite firm.
Enter the Fieldstone accountant email address or firm user ID provided to you, then send the invitation.
Once the invitation arrives, Fieldstone can accept it through QuickBooks Online Accountant. You never need to send us your QuickBooks password.
